Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo parcial de la demanda se dio porque los demandantes no atendieron las consideraciones hechas en el auto de inadmisión y en el escrito de corrección reiteraron los mismos argumentos con los que reprocharon la constitucionalidad de la norma acusada.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró acertada la decisión de la Magistrada Sustanciadora de rechazar la demanda, por no encontrar acreditados los requisitos de claridad y pertinencia que debe reunir el concepto de violación, de cara a habilitar el control abstracto de constitucionalidad.
Se CONFIRMA el auto recurrido.
